Kadence Header vs. footer

I’ve just started experimenting with Kadence to use as a development framework for my clients and there is a LOT to like about this theme, and I’m quite enjoying it.

In the free version, I would have expected the header to at least have the same basic options as the footer – is there really no way to have a single column header (choose number of columns for the rows in the customizer as you can in the footer)?

I DO understand offering a PRO version for additional functionality, but it really seems an odd choice to exclude very basic functionality. =/
