Kadence Starter Template page doesn’t load

    Hi there,

    I’ve been trying to install a Kadence starter template (Interior) on a blank project since last evening.

    I have installed the plugin, it shows in my Appearances section beneath Kadence just as it is supposed to.

    BUT: If I click on it, there’s just a blank page. The Kadence logo blips up shortly in the upper left corner, but then it dissapears quickly again.

    If I try to access it directly via the Plugin page, and click “View Template Library”, the same blank page appears.

    I’m hosting the page on our Synology DS214+ with WordPress 5.8.3-0177.

    I’d be grateful for any help – thank you!

    Hello @nevie

    You mentioned you’re using WordPress 5.8.3. However, WordPress is currently at version 6.3. Can you update your site, theme, and plugins and see if that solves the problem?

    Thank you for the help, I couldn’t update (WP says it’s the most recent version available??), but I decided to build the site without a template.
