I created a website related to utility bill check site. I am using Kadence pro theme. I have the ownership of the theme. I created a contact form. The problem is that it is not sending emails to admin when user fill the form and hit submit.

Using Kadence pro form block to create contact form.

Are you able to receive any other emails from your WordPress site? You can go to your login page and request a password reset to test this.

If not, then your server may not have been configured to send emails at all. In that case, you could either contact your hosting provider for help, or, better yet, install an SMTP Plugin to use an external mail server to send your emails.

But if you’re able to receive other emails from your WordPress site but not from the Kadence PRO form, then please contact the Kadence PRO theme’s vendor — the folks you purchased this commercial theme from — for help with this, as questions about commercial products are not allowed here.

    Good luck!
