Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer Compatibility

    Hi,

    I use Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer for my Woo Email customizations..

    Unfortunately 2 issues happen with AST / Kadence combi on the order status complete mail.

    1. When AST is activated, the custom body text set in KWED isn’t displayed anymore, neither is the AST tracking widget..

    2. When I deactivate AST, the custom KWED body text is working again..

    I’ve been using your brilliant plugin for a long time- thank you!

    It was working fine with an older version where both worked (Kadence customization and AST Tracking widget was shown). WC 3.7, latest free version of AST and KWED..

    Hi @stevek28,
    We checked the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer with the AST Free plugin.

    1.) To customize the body text of the completed order status email you will need to use the AST Customizer.
    Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings and open the Fulfillment WorkFlow panel and click on the settings icon to customize the Completed order status email.

    2.) I checked the tracking widget in the completed order status email and it displayed.

    It worked brilliant!

    Could you please consider adding [order_date] as a placeholder to the customizer?
