Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer not loading

  • When I try to open the plugin it will never open.
    I only see a loading screen saying: ‘please wait, this might take a little while’.

    Deleted all the plugins I am not using at the moment. So it’s pretty clean right now. Using the Mesmerize theme at the moment, running WP 5.5.3.

    Also turning all the plugins off won’t work. What can I do next?

  • Your theme is the issue. I’ve heard it reported before that mesmerize overrides the core customizer. Try testing with a standard theme.

    Thanks for your replay. Do you know if this problem also occur when buying the PRO version of this theme?

    It works indeed in the standard theme, but I want to use this one. How can we solve that?
