Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer not working properly

    Hello,
    Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer not working properly.
    Cannot edit email for follow area: ‘Customer Processing order’; ‘Customer Invoice’; ‘Customer On Hold order’.

    No email has been sent to customer when status of the order is as the named status above. not either when a new customer places a new PO, admistrator is receiving the order details. Customer is not receiving any confirmation sent to his email, not either if i try to send invoice to customer, i get this wrong message: ‘Page not working’ (https://www.djeventvaxjo.se/wp-admin/post.php).

    Everything on my website is working fine and tried to find out the problem, no luck.
    Besides, i didn’t make any changes on my website lately.

    Can you pls check if this issue caused by a new update of your plugin?

    I just pushed out an update which should fix this there was a bug in 1.1.6 from yesterday.

    Let me know if that resolves it.

    Please start a new post, make sure to deactivate your plugins and try a different theme.

    i am able to see changes but after some time so i dont understand which changes applies to what ?
    Mine is woocommerce dropshipping website i use with alidropship plugin it has tracking info setup is this plugin compatible with alidropship plugin and tracking info order confirmation

    As long as your plugin is not editing how woocommerce core works then it would be compatible. Make sure you select a real order and make sure to deactivate your plugins and try a different theme.

    Shipping information shows from woocommerce. This plugin doesn’t really add things just allows you to style the emails.

    Make sure you choose a real order to preview and not the mockup so you get shipping information in the order.
