kahuna theme is making my woocommerce product image bigger than it really is

  • All my products have a single image and they are all the same size. 500×500 pixels

    When using kahuna theme, woocommerce is making my product image look bigger than normal which messes up the quality of the image.

    For example this is the actual size of the image.

    And this is how is displayed. Like it’s zoomed in.

    I have already changed “Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product images” to reflect the actual size of the image that that had no effect on the product image. It still looks like it’s zoomed.

    Then I used twentynineteen theme, and the images were displayed properly in woocommerce.

    Is there a setting in kahuna that can fix this issue?

    it seems that the issue occurs only if I select:

    Layout > General Layout > One Column (no sidebars)

    or if I change the Site Width to 1920px.

    Any way to fix this?

    basically any width above 1225px causes this problem
