Kallyas Theme & Twitter & Google Map Problem

I am having great difficulty with the feed from both the native (to the theme) twitter feed and google maps feed. I have emailed the developer twice and the org that sold the theme. I am coming here as a last option.

Both feeds worked well up until the last few weeks. Now it cannot display the information. Ive double checked that the user info is accurate. Not sure what else can be done. Any assistance would be great.
