Katib Writer theme 0.3.2

We’ve upgrade from 0.3.1 to this version (0.3.2) and found that the sidebars no longer appear on the website which are used to logon. ‘Jump to content’ also appears at the top of the home page. We discovered this problem on one site but not on others that hadn’t been upgraded. We upgraded another site from 0.3 through 0.3.1 without any problem, but the next upgrade to 0.3.2 caused the same problem, so the update to 0.3.2 is almost guaranteed to be the problem.
We are also unable to find 0.3.1 to backdate to, using the WP-backdate plug-inAll help and advice appreciated.
