I’m trying to communicate the truth to you. If you don’t want to hear it, that’s fine, but it’s not discrimination.
WordPress is provided for free, built entirely by volunteers, funded solely by donations to a non-profit organization which basically just keeps the servers online.
There is no paid staff, there are no paid translators. We can’t kick out translations as fast as Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.
Everyone contributes their free time to the project when they can, for free, and that includes the 3 general editors, 2 project editors, and 1 manager on the Kazakh translation.
When the manager of the Kazakh translation (again, also a volunteer like everyone else here) has the time to review the translation and is happy with it, they will release it.
Other languages are free to operate however they want. If they want to release partial translations, that’s their call to make.
So, again, if you want to actually help, you can join the effort by following the steps at https://make.www.ads-software.com/polyglots/handbook/translating/glotpress-translate-wordpress-org/
And, for the last time, if you’d rather be unproductive and throw around accusations of discrimination against volunteers, then please just leave, while we continue to work, for free, on the software you use, for free.
