KBC/CBC Payment Button doesn’t support automatic recurring

    Mollie recently (?) added the KBC/CBC Payment Button as a payment service. According to their website it should support recurring payments. However when using the plugin in WooCommerce, the KBCB/CBC button is not one of the payment methods that supports automatic recurring payments.

    Support was added in September 2016.

    Just tested and it does work for me, so let’s find out why it isn’t for you. Can you check and make sure you also enabled Direct Debit/SEPA-incasso in the Mollie dashboard? This is a requirement for handling subscriptions with KBC and iDEAL.

    Yup, it’s enabled both in Mollie and WooCommerce…

    Tbh, I’m not sure if it’s really not working or if the interface on WooCommerce is giving the wrong info: https://s2.postimg.org/gi3rfx77t/kbc_recurring.png

    Just to be sure, are you using plugin version 2.7?

    Ar you seeing KBC in the checkout when you place an order?

    That icon might me incorrect indeed, I’ll check that!

    Just checked and it’s version 2.7. The button is showing up in the checkout so that seems to be fine.

    Oke, that’s good news.

    The other issue is probably a bug, I’ll make sure it’s fixed in the next update (beta version in 2-3 weeks).
