For best results I recommend taking away the width of 75% on the images. This gives a nice uniform grid layout the majority of the time:

Thanks for the quick response. The spacing is fine when I remove the 75% for sure, but I was trying to find a way to make the entire 3×3 grid smaller (picture scaling it down by a 1/3; like if the whole thing were one image in photoshop and you reduced the image size). Did that make sense? ??

Try setting a maximum width on the container:

.instagram-pics {
   max-width: 250px;
}

This will keep the images smaller.

The other option is to have more images in your grid (set the width to 25%) and make it 4×3?
