Keep getting an Error for the GeoLite2

My product image doesn’t appear – I just get a grey box. The Geo targeting isn’t working and I get this error, the file seems to be missing – and no-one seems able to assist me with it, really frustrating:

ERROR – The file used to fetch country details to enable geo-targetted links doesn’t have read permissions. Please give recursive read/write permissons to:/home/whatchil/public_html/wp-content/uploads/amazon-associates-link-builder/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb. In case you are still facing the issue, please change download folder in Site Wide Settings section on this page.
