Keep getting e-mails

Hi there,

Ive been testing the lite version and it seems to not work properly!

One of the users of our portal, abandoned the cart, but returned later on and bought the product (we sell tickets). She got the auto-email saying that she forgot to finalize the order! That creates confusion. Is there a way to avoid this?

Second issue. Ive tested the system my self and added a product to my cart, which I did not finalize! Since then I keep getting e-mails about this product, even through Ive deleted it from the back end. Is there a way to limit the amount of e-mail a user will receive when they abandon the cart??
