    The login info doesn’t work. But please don’t post your login info on the forums.

    It looks like you have a plugin that’s removing this plugin’s scripts. If you view the page source you should see a script like this:
    /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-multi-step-module/resources/cf7msm.min.js?ver=3.0.8
