Keep getting locked out

  • I have had to disable the plug-in (using the FTP program) twice in less that 3 days in order to log in to the site as the administrator. Hackers are seeing the admin log in name or something and then a max log in attempt is reached and I am blocked.

    It is not my security firewall doing this (I have tested that), but TML. The security plug in would only block me if my ip address was used. But this one is blocking me by user name. I can get in once I rename the plug in via ftp.

    Also I set it to only block the users by 1 hour, but the message I get when blocked is ‘try again in 19 hours’.

    What do I change so this stops happening.

    Unfortunately, the blocking is currently by username. As far as the time, have you verified that the settings say 1 hour?
