Keep getting "The website cannot display the page" notice

There is some sort of error on my website that that is not display pages. Basically when you are clicking through the website it is displaying everything that it is suppose to, but then, after you have gone through a few pages, the “The website cannot display the page” comes up. But if you refresh the page, then the page displays.
I have tried deactivating all my plugin and switching to the default theme, along with clearing cache, resetting the .htaccess, and a few other random things. But none of them worked.
You can see the website at https://www.northgateministry.com/. You will need to visit a few of its pages before you will see the error. It just won’t display a random page and pop up some error message.
Any help is much appreciated!
