Keep losing admin privileges after changing Order Status on Woocommerce.

    Hello, my website is https://www.anniscrafts.com and my username is anniscrafts

    I seem to lose admin privileges every time i change order status under Woocommerce. I tried to contact Woocommerce, but i’d have to buy something to contact them, which sucks.

    So I have to constantly go to my Hosting website to change the ‘wp_capabilities’ all the time to ‘admin’ not customer.

    Also my anniscrafts account is a new one I had to make into admin as my original account was playing up when I first opened my website.

    Could you please help me to find out what the issue is?

  • Try temporarily deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme. Does it work now? If so, reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which component is causing the problem.

    Meanwhile I would get myself two admin names to use alternately. The second one can restore the privileges of the first.

    Consider changing your current username as it is now in the public domain which is a security risk.
