Keep lower level gift too

I have two amount levels of gifts.
for example:
-from 10 $ to 20 $ cart amount, customers can choose from gift category 1
-above 20 $ cart amount, customers can choose from gift category 2Customer is reaching 10 $, selects a gift from gift category 1 but after then, contunues shopping and cart amount increases above 20 $ but selected gift from gift category 1 disappears from cart!
How is it possible to keep selected gift and choose from gift category 2 as well?
It’s not a solution to upload gift category 1 products to gift category 2 too and it displays both gifts selectable from 10 $ and 20 $ !

For now, only way to do that is to have unique gifts,
so gift category1 = gift1, gift category2 = gift2, you would need to duplicate gifts for every category, but that isn’t ideal solution for that kind of things.
