• I’d like the Chatbot to show up on the page as it does now, except I dont want it to expand the greeting message (as this takes up quite a bit of space, especially on mobile). How do I keep just the chat icon, and not load the greeting?

  • I would like to do the same. Any luck with this?

There is no easy way to control the display of the greeting dialog. Especially on mobile, it takes up a lot of space.

I tried doing it with CSS, but it does not work consistently.

I haven’t heard back or found any way to do it. The Facebook Messenger and even the Pixel Integration is chunky, too, and weighs heavily on page loading time. Let me know if you find anything.

I tried adding the code “greeting_dialog_display=’hide'” to the PHP file, but that only works non-Chrome browsers (according to all the other support threads).
