Keep reactions as spam

    Hello,

    Just bought and installed the plugin on my website.
    After installation I checked the 551 reactions already available. 45 reactions got a spam label, including many made by myself.

    I tagged the reactions as no spam. However, after checking again, all the 45 reactions got the same label again. Pretty annoying. Can I solve this?

    Hello.
    Are we talking about the option ‘Check comments for spam’?
    If the comments you marked as ‘Not Spam’ are still highlighted in red, apply to them bulk action ‘Approve’.

    Unfortunately there is not option to approve in the bulk action! Which I think is very, very strange.

    I meant the Bulk action at the Comments page in the WordPress admin panel: WordPress Admin Page —> Comments —> All comments —> mark the comments you need to change —> chouse the bulk action ‘Approve’ —> press Apply.

    In the regular settings, yes that works.
    But when I do ‘search in the older comments’ the software finds 45 comments as spam, but they are not.
    And then I can manually approve them (no bulk action), but after a re-check there they are… again.
