Keeping ‘Home’ Visible Onsite But Not SERPS

I’ve seen threads showing how to hide it on the title on the site visually but I don’t want to hide my main actual title, but I do want to get rid of the ‘Home’ showing up in the serps as shown in the screenshot

Using Yoast SEO, rewrite the title tag for that page. Usually, I change the home page’s title to
