Keeping long permalinks alive

You can adjust the types of permalinks you want in the Settings < Permalinks section.

Devjyoti: any luck in the interim? Usually sites will default to using the title of your page/post – Which permalinks setting are you currently utilizing and how do they appear?

dear Allisonplus, i tried ‘Post-Name’, but due to my site is in Bengali, ‘post-name’ are usually very long. the permalink then cut-off the full name and makes it complex to understand.
