• Basicly, i’m writing an article that has a 5 step set of instructions.

The layout of my post is that firstly there is two columns. In the editor it goes like this.

    Column 1:

    ul

    1. – 1st step
    2. – 2nd step
    3. – 3rd step

    /ul

    advertisment

    column 2:

    column two content

    after both columns:

    ul

    4. – step 4 content
    5. – step 5 content.

    /ul

Because i have used ul twice the numbers are reset when i use it for the second time. It should be 4. and 5. at the bottom but it is 1. and 2. . Is there any way i can stop all the content in the middle from being an unordered list and still keep the order.

  • I don’t know if this answers your question because you ask about numbers in an unordered list.

In any case, you can specify the starting number in an ordered list with the ‘start’ property:

item 4

item 5

item 6
