keeping track of the course day

Hello!
I was using this plugin before, but I am wondering if it fits my current need.
I want people to buy my course in small pieces or in one go, eg. they can buy 1 month of 6 month course and then continue when they want buying second month. I also want to keep the track of the day that they are on, can I do that with this plugin?
