Keeps deactivating, almost daily

    Not sure what is up, but seems now, every day I open WP, the captcha is off.

    Let me know what you need for log or info, bc I don’t know where to start.

    I can re-activate without problem every time.

    Started happening on the previous version of WP, and again on this one – 4.2.1

    Do you use any security plugins? Maybe you’ve noticed after installing which plugin it started?
    Try to deactivate temporarily all plugins except Captcha and check if the problem remains. If it disappears, then please activate your plugins one by one and see after which plugin this problem will appear.

    I am facing the same Problem. The plugin deactivates without Admin Action nearly every day

    Please specify, do you use any security plugins? Have you tried to set one of the standard themes (2014, 2015) and deactivate all the plugins except Captcha, and then check if the problem still occurs?
