Keeps it simple while allowing you to configure

You can modify this plugin to display the way you want, or you can just enable and it looks great. Also easy to position it where you want it on the post/page.

I want to give it 4.95 stars because when caching is enabled it does not clear cache when updated so a page re-load does not show the updated number of recommends, but otherwise it is perfect.
