keeps logging out within woocommerce

    Hi,

    moloni keeps logging out within woo-commerce and invoices aren’t created in moloni when its logged out

    products are being created in moloni as Services instead of Products.

    Could you please let me know, why this is happening

    Deer customer,

    The logout usually happens due to security reasons (the access tokens expiring).
    That happens when you don’t have any interaction with the plugin in around 10 days.

    Other things that can cause this issue, is a failure in some calls to our API.
    We helped debug two or three customers that were having this issue and it was always from their hosting provider.

    Randomly some requests were failing, and if one of those requests was the refresh, that logout could happen.
