    This keeps happening like every other day. Client has your pro version. Why does the token keep expiring? Extremely frustrating for client. What’s the permanent fix? See screenshot.

    Hey GeekGal,

    Sorry for the frustration here!

    Unfortunately the expiring of access tokens is something done by Instagram and we don’t have any control over it. It seems to happen to a few unlucky accounts frequently like you seem to be experiencing.

    We now support the new API in our “Pro” version and will also support this in the “free” version soon. If you set up a business account you can try seeing if switching to the new API fixes the issue.
