Keeps losing my documentation—does not work anymore

  • While using WP 4.8, this plugin installed, activated, but does not work.

    I edited the first example doc they had, but when I went to add a new one, it simply overwrote the first one with a blank document. So, both were now gone and I cannot add anymore.

    Broken.

    Hi tristandenyer,

    I did test the plugin in WordPress 4.8 and everything works fine on my side.

    Can you please try again with all other plugins disabled and WordPress’s default theme? This will help me understand if it’s a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    For this site, I cannot disable the other plugins or change the theme. But, here is a list of plugins I have running:
    —?Author Bio Box 3.3
    — Recent Posts Widget With Thumbnails 5.1
    — WP Responsive Auto Fit Text 0.2
    — WPForms Lite 1.3.8
    — Yoast SEO 5.0.2

    Theme is built using Underscores (_s).

    While giving your plugin one more try, I also ran into this error. Says I cannot add one because ‘following fields are missing: content.’ As you can see in the screenshot below, that is not the case.

    I have got to move onto using another plugin to get this done tonight. Hope this helps with your plugin.

    Thanks for providing more details.

    I managed to replicate the “content field missing” bug. I’ll publish an update to fix this tonight.

    I still haven’t managed to replicate your initial issue though. Are you still experimenting this issue? If that’s the case, please can you send me detailed steps to reproduce ?

    Can you replicate this issue accross different browsers?

    Is it still an issue after reloading the page?

    Sorry for all the questions but that’s the only way I can try to pinpoint what’s going wrong.
