keeps popping up in mozilla firefox

    Hi, I’ve installed the chatfunction and it’s working fine. Except that it keeps poping up in mozilla firefox. https://www.oakhrm.nl This happens every time you switch page. Can you help me with this? Thanks!

  • Hello,

    the chatbox pops up in 2 cases:

    1) if your chatbox is opened and you go to another page;
    2) if you have not finished chat.

    The chatbox will no pop up automatically if you close it and then go to another page.
