Keeps Spamming our Customers (STOP)

Deleted this Plugin and it keeps spamming our Customers. Have no idea who to contact to fix this problem. It keeps telling customers there points are expiring even after deletion and have no idea how to fix this problem. The customers keep getting multiple emails each day which are not even relevant to them. Is there anybody I can contact?
