Keeps taking down our website

Delhivery is now a multi billion-dollar company and we have been dealing with them since 2016, truly disappointing when it comes to support related to integration and plugin.
This plgun is always causing trouble, had to hire a wp expert to figure out what is wrong with the website being down. Please fix this
