    I’m getting this error:
    The migration key for your destination site https://mydomain.com has expired. Please refresh the admin page on destination site to generate a new key.

    This just happened to me with two of my websites and I don’t understand what’s the problem. I tried to refresh the screen where the migration key, copy the key again and same error again.

    Does somebody has been through this problem?

    Hey,

    We request you write to us at support[@]migrateguru[.]com and we will further assist review this.

    I am also getting this error!

    This is the first time using this plugin (had enough of All-In-One WP Migration), but first time using this recommended plugin, not working for me. )-;

    I have emailed support.

    Can we not post the solutions here, so that other people can see what to do/what the problem might be WITHOUT slowing down the support team with individual requests for the same problem?

    Thanks,
    K.

    Hey @kenbot,

    Once the migration key is generated for the destination site, it will remain valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you can refresh the migration page to obtain a new key.

    Sometimes, caching can conflict and display an older key instead of a newer one. We recommend clearing the site cache if a new key does not appear.

    Tried reloading Destinations Key several times — keep getting same key. Copied and manually entered into Source and getting this error:

    The migration key for your destination site?https://mydomain.com?has expired. Please refresh the admin page on destination site to generate a new key.

    the domain is NOT yet transferred to new host.

    Hey @jfilz ,

    If you are trying to migrate your site over the same URL but to a different host, we recommend you specify the new server IP in the “Advanced options” > “Server IP” input during migration to point our systems to the new server, skipping the existing DNS settings.
