Key Giveaway from Database PLUGIN

hey guys,

Just wondering if a plug in exist, Basically I want to load a database with keys, and then I want to give a registered user a key, either by registering or a link. I know there are giveaway plugins but i need to give a key out to every user. Thanks in advance!
