key phrase is deleting itself

Would you mind sharing some more details regarding this issue? Are you facing this issue after performing some specific actions or after updating the plugin?

Does this happen with all the Posts/Pages or only with specific Posts/Pages?

Hi and thank you for your help. It only seems to happen with pages not posts and not aware of us doing any specific item before it happens. The only thing that might come to mind is when wp does automatic updates maybe.

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > All in One SEO > Tools.
2. Click on the System Status tab – https://a.supportally.com/Yj0BZV
3. Click on the Copy to Clipboard button – https://a.supportally.com/SaYT4V
4. “Paste” it in your reply on this thread and send it.

I checked the System Info but could not locate any known conflicts.

Could you please check your database, specifically the aioseo_posts table, and let me know if you see any rows that have id = 0?

Alternatively, you can send us your database dump for the aioseo_posts table on our contact form and we can take a look.

Could you please send us a database dump for your aioseo_posts table here or on our contact form so that we can investigate this further? Are you facing this issue only with Focus Keyphrase or also with other AIOSEO settings?

You mentioned that this usually happens during automatic updates. Can you please check and confirm if you’re still facing this issue with our latest update?
