Key problem

    This is my first experience of creating a website as part of a sandwich course.

    I bought a key for the “Dark Creative” template which I tried via ThemeCloud as indicated in my courses.

    The problem is that I actually have to go through IONOS (where I set up and paid for my hosting earlier with my mentor) to actually create the site.
    When I want to upload the template now that everything is ready, I’m blocked because the “key is already in use”… on ThemeCloud!
    How can I do since I’m not going to reuse this site but IONOS?
    I’m depressed to think that I paid 39€ to be blocked like this.
