Keyboard Commands?

    Is there a list out there of keyboard commands that execute the same operations as the various icons on the WordPress tool bar (I generally work in the visual editor/WYSIWYG mode)

    I know the standard ones – Crtl+b (bold) and Ctrl+i (italic), and discovered Ctrl+l for bulleting today by accident, but wondering if there’s a resource listing them all.

    I’m particuarly interested in whichever one pulls up the hyperlink dialog box. I got it once or twice by accident, but couldn’t figure out what combination of keys I inadvertently hit.
