  • Hi, can you asked those who report that issue to share with you what mobile phone are they using? Are they using a windows, iPhone or android phone? Also what operating system version are their mobile phone using?

    Thank you

Hi, thanks for the response! I was only able to talk to one of the people to collect this information. She was using a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime when the keyboard began disappearing and she was unable to type. She then went in through her email app and said it worked that way…then, she tried going to the library to send one. This one went through…however, this time gave me a “mail delivery failed” notice–“Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is not accepted due to domain’s
    550-5.7.1 DMARC policy”…does this help??

Hi, please read the following documentation.

    Thank you

Thanks, we got the messages to send from yahoo servers..so that issue has been resolved, however, the keyboard collapsing is still an issue when trying to send from smart phones.

Hi is that from all type of smartphones? Can you find out what mobile operating system your customers or members have tried?

It seems to work from iPhones and works from PCs.

Can you find out with android version they are having problems with? Remember that Android has many versions out and some are a bit buggy.

Also sometimes it is best to reset the mobile phone to factory default because adding too many apps can sometimes cause issues and conflicts.

    Thank you
