Keyboard Lag

Hello,
About two weeks ago our writers noticed severe keyboard lag on posts that were quite long and had a lot of text. I noticed an almost 400ms lag when I inspected these long posts in my console — function aioseoStripMarkup was the culprit. Is anyone else having issues with this? We’ve had to disable the plugin in the meantime so that folks can write. This is a problem in both the classic and new block editor.
