Keyboard shortcuts and eidt box focus

I create posts with bulleted lists quite often. I used to use the GUI button to toggle that on and off in the editor, but having learned the shortcuts I now prefer them.

There is a problem, though… Alt-Shift-U removes focus from the edit box when toggling the bulleted list on. Pressing it again to toggle it off is fine… the cursor stays in the edit box at the appropriate point. I haven’t gone through all the shortcuts to see if they all have this behavior, but I wanted to make sure to report this bug while I was thinking about it.
