Keyboard Shortcuts Missing

I work with some blind and vision impaired WordPress users who have, in the past, used various keyboard shortcuts for navigating, writing, and publishing/updating posts and pages.

While I have found a list of keyboard shortcuts and instructions to activate them via “Your Profile” (see here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Keyboard_Shortcuts), I can no longer find the keyboard shortcut for publishing and updating a page.

A google search reveals that it used to be “alt + shift + p”. This no longer works (and yes, keyboard shortcuts ARE enabled via the individual profiles). Has the keyboard shortcut changed? Has it been removed? If it has been removed, what are the appropriate channels that I can go through to petition for this to be added back in? It was a very valuable keyboard shortcut for WordPress vision impaired users.
