KeyCDN integration issue

    Hey :)!

    I’ve just switched from WP Super cache to Autoptimize and WP cache enabler – both are supposed to work well together.
    However, since then, my images and other files are served from the origin server, no longer from the keyCDN server.
    I’ve tried all variations of the CDN base URL (with and without https, the alias zone name etc.).

    What am I missing?

    AO only applies the CDN-settings to the JS and CSS-files, it does not provide a generic CDN-solution I’m afraid.
