Keyword density error

    The keyword appears around 148 times on my page. but when I checked Yoast from the post editor it is saying that the keyword appears 212 times and the density is good.

    But when I added the content to Yoast real-time content analysis tool it was showing that the keyword density is 0.4% and the keyword appears some 148 times and the density should be improved.

    Which one is correct here?

    And how the analysis of Yoast plugin from post editor end vary from the Yoast content analysis tool?.

    If your focus keyphrase includes more than one word, you may have part of the focus keyphrase in the content which are being identified. This is likely why the density is good and it mimics the way Google looks at your content.

    Use an exact match by wrapping the focus keyphrase in quotes, "focus keyphrase", can lower the number of times the keyphrase is found and cause the density to change.
