Keyword Filter help

Hello,

I recently purchased the premium features of your plugin and am eager to use it for my site. However, I can’t get the keyword filtering to work properly and would like to get it figured out before putting more time in building with your plugin. Please help! I really don’t want to ask for a refund, so would like to get it solved quickly.

One question I have is whether the results are filtered already when they enter the “Feed Items” section or are they filtered when going to the page? I think that it’s the first case, but I have things show up in “Feed Items” that go totally against the filters I have set. I used your plugin in the past and got the keyword to work great. Not sure what’s up this time. Looking forward to getting this figured out. Thanks!
