    I have been experimenting with campaign creation for simple new post notifications. While editing it, I can see a list of tags or keywords. I tried inserting {{POSTTITLE}} in upper or lower case, with or without a period between words and it is not showing. The same for the site title! How do we use them?

    An additional piece of information: I switched to the Classic Editor from the block editor, it seems to take and use the keywords or tags whatever the preferred term for them. I like the formatting abilities of the block editor but witout being able to insert these keywords, it is not very useful.

    More information. I have two screen captures showing the subject lines of a campaign designed using the block editor:

    or the classic editor:

    As you can see, the one created with the block editor leaves the keyword instead of replacing it with the appropriate text from the post.

    Hi @acekin,

    Thanks for your patience and support.

    Referring to the mentioned concerns, please find my answers below.

    1. Regarding the post tag issue, the admin has to add the post tags within the
     {{campaign.posts}}
        {{POSTTITLE}}
        {{POSTIMAGE}}
      {{/campaign.posts}}

    Then it will work fine. We plan to improve this in a future release to avoid this difficulty for users.

    1. Regarding your inquiry about switching from the DND editor to the classic editor:
    • The admin has to add the post tags/other tags within the “Post block” (in place of existing tags).
    • If they want to add tags anywhere in the editor body, they need to use the previously mentioned {{campaign.posts}} tag.

    Let me know if you need any further assistance.
