keywords support for meta and blog navigation

this is not a support question. this is a feature request.
i’d like to propose this to be integrated into the next version of WordPress.
I’m speaking about keywords and functionality like in Jerome’s Keywords Plugin (https://vapourtrails.ca/wp-keywords).
Only when integrated we would get the full of keywords, like sorting, managing and logging them. So now (using this plug-in) i should enter keywords manually, so it’s easy enough to make unneeded duplicates. Then i don’t see those used keywords in the post manager hence i can’t manage posts by keywords. So only integration will solve the issue.

I’ve seen blogs with this feature embedded and it makes quite easy to use them. I would use those blogs whatsoever if they had all other features wordpress already has.
