Here is our demo site with last plugin version. Everything is working properly.
Seems, you don’t need to solve your issue, because you prefer to add a low rate rather than ask question to support forum, especially for 500 error that can be related to many things.

But in any way, thanks for your detailed feedback, we guess it will be helpful for people.

Could you please provide some technical information, perhaps you have some php errors or other useful information.
We can’t reproduce this issue on development equipment. If you have any additional information you can send it via [email protected].
We are interested to solve this issue if it is a bug of our plugin rather than issues with server connection.
