Killing Posts Menu

After extensive testing we’ve found that when acivated this plugin is killing the “posts” menu in the WP dashboard for Author and Contributor role when activated.

Contributor’s or Author’s are not presented with a “Posts” menu and so cannot create “Posts”.

Is there a solution to this apart from throwing out the plugin?

I’ve got a team of contributors and author’s who cannot create posts with this plugin active.
