kind of confusing

Have fixed the transparency problem. But surprising why Pro version reviews are posted here.

Lastly we couldn’t find the person in purchaser list. So not sure because someone who needs support would either email, or post on support forum. That hasn’t happened either.

So unfortunately for people who just want to review and not ask for help we can’t help them either. That is how every service and support is supposed to work.

Lastly there is no coding involved in the working of this theme.

I do not find it surprising, my review is posted here. You are advertising your PRO version in your free Version and your PRO version is even made to be used in WP.org. Why you cannot find me in your purchaser list is perhaps caused that I am using a nickname here. Once again, you are trying to accuse me being a fake voice.
But I am a customer of yours and you shall be careful to accuse me any longer, it only gives a bad impression of yourself. I did post my problem in your own forum, but it took time to receive a response from you. As I followed up my questions I told you also in a further post that I found a solution.
Just while reading a lot of topics in your forum I found a temporary solution which forced me to use coding and herewith again you tried to accuse me, saying it wouldn’t be true.
Why I have not posted all my concerns there was that you are often asking for the WP-Admin access of your customers, but that should not the way of yours fixing problems. And if you didn’t know how to answer that was your only offer. It doesn’t really matter if you are finding it strange if one doesn’t want to give you such access.

I did open my WP this morning, but an update fixing the transparency problem I am still missing.

So, please stop your accusations, because I can downgrade your stars anytime, I can also upgrade if you work deserves.
